ClywdAlyn needed to replace their legacy Housing Management System (Universal Housing from Civica) and support applications with a modern, integrated housing, repairs and asset management solution which delivers operational efficiencies for the business and an improved service to their customers.
WHAT WE DID
We have helped ClywnAlyn understand the scale and scope of their endeavours and to set in place properly structured and rigorous governance arrangements and resources. We guided them in the choice of the procurement route and due to the complexity we selected Competitive Dialogue.
We prepared, in full consultation, all procurement documentation; including, the Contract Notice, SSQ, ITPD1, ITPD2, & Final Offers. This included the relevant assessment criteria and methodologies.
We worked with project team assessing the supplier’s responses and attended to the system demonstrations.
Once we had selected the supplier which best met the needs of the business, we managed the award of the contract and the feedback to the suppliers who were unsuccessful.
We developed a detailed, supplier selection report which provided ClwydAlyn with a full account of the procurement process.

As a result of the procurement, we helped ClywdAlyn select a supplier who could provide a modern, housing, assets and repairs management solution which met the needs of the business and which will deliver significant improvements for the customers.
